Blake Leisenring
Owner / President
Blake is a born and raised Central Arkansas native who spent his childhood in Maumelle, AR. He graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 2015. “I initially got involved in roofing with the hopes that I could develop a working relationship with a quality roofer to help better serve my real estate clients. I’m a licensed Real Estate Agent as well and know that that having a good roofer is of vital importance to home buyers and sellers across the state. Through various circumstances I was able to become great friends with an owner of one of the top roofing companies in the area. Eventually he offered to bring me on as a Project Manager, which ultimately set me on the path to owning my own company. My mission for Ringer Roofing is to build a company culture that prioritizes people over profit, holds true to the highest standards of professionalism, and one that values its customer experience over all else. We are first and foremost a servant based company and it is my sincere desire that all of our clients have a truly amazing experience working with us.” Blake and his wife Katelyn currently reside in Sherwood, AR with their two sons, Xavier and Barrett (“Bear”). They attend Fellowship Bible Church and are avid sports fans who you will likely find cheering on the Razorbacks at numerous sporting events.
Trent Harris

Trent grew up in Bigelow, AR and has spent 8 years serving children in Central Arkansas as a History Teacher and E.A.S.T. Facilitator, working with both middle school and high school aged students. “My dad introduced me to carpentry before I was old enough to remember. Before becoming an educator I spent time working in the construction industry for a local cabinet company. I very much enjoy working with my hands and truly loved my time there. I’ve still had an itch to get back into construction in some way, and to be able to help people by doing so. That itch is what ultimately led me into roofing. Blake and I became friends in college where we attended Ouachita Baptist University. A few years ago, he helped me get started as a Project Manager for a different roofing company. It didn’t take long to realize this was something I could do that combined construction with truly being able to help people. After some time with the other company, Blake and I started making plans to open our own company and the rest is history. Nick Watson

A native of Lonoke, AR, Nick graduated from Lonoke, AR in 2014 and went on to play college baseball at the University of Arkansas - Pine Bluff. After graduating from UAPB in 2019 he went on to earn his Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Monticello and has been teaching/coaching for 5 years now. He is now the Assistant Baseball Coach at Maumelle High School. “I first got into roofing a few years ago as I was looking to supplement my teaching salary while still being involved in meaningful work that helps people. Joshua, a native of Vilonia, AR has spent his entire life here in Central Arkansas and is currently finishing up his final year at Central Baptist College in Conway where he’s majoring in Sports Management with plans to continue managing projects for Ringer Roofing full time after graduation. “I am a college baseball player and have been involved in athletics my whole life. I love to compete in everything I do. I think the fact that roofing is such a competitive business is what drew me to it in the first place. I love challenging and pushing myself to grow in all areas of life and have found that roofing allows for new opportunities to grow each and every day. Texas Territory Manager
Trent Easley serves as the Texas Territory Manager. With a background as a high school football and track coach, Trent brings a team-first mindset, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to helping others succeed. He is passionate about building relationships and helping homeowners and business owners navigate the roof replacement process, providing trusted guidance and solutions to protect their properties and investments. Outside of work, Trent has been married to his wife, Karley, for five years. Karley is an esthetician who owns and operates her own business. Together, they are proud parents to their daughter, Maevyn, who keeps them busy and entertained. When he's not helping customers with their roofing needs, Trent enjoys spending time with his family and hitting the golf course on the weekends, always looking for ways to improve his game and enjoy time outdoors.
